Call to remove stray dogs from city

QUETTA: Stray dogs and rabies are increasing in the provincial capital and the residents demanded of the government to take concrete measures to remove them.

According to a local social welfare organization here on Thursday, the widespread increase of rabies have endangered the citizens lives. The cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians are more exposed to attacks by astray dogs at night time.

Sariab, Munir Ahmad Khan Road, Kasi Raod, Joint Road, Brewery Road and other areas in the city have witnessed unprecedented increase in astray dogs disturbing the routine life.

It demanded of the government to start campaign to kill astray dogs.
