The rates last recorded an increase of Rs350 per tola and Rs300 per 10 grams on Monday compared to Saturday’s prices.

The prices of yellow metal remained stable amid fluctuations in international commodity markets.

Speaking to Geo.tv, AA Commodities Director Adnan Agar said: “Gold rates are expected to maintain stability, however, prices will be further determined later during the week.”

The analyst said that monthly employment data of the US is scheduled to be announced on Friday, “which is one of the most important gold price determinants.”

Earlier Agar had forecasted the prices between a range of $1,780 and $1,840.
