According to police, the incident took place when a cylinder placed in the kitchen of a beverage factory at Sammundri Road when it caught fire and later exploded.
As a result, Ghulam Mohiy-ud-Din, Muhammad Ismaeel, Muhammad Asif residents of Samanabad and Jalal Din of Baloch Wala received serious burn wounds. The injured were shifted to hospital where the condition of the two victims was stated to be critical.
