Eight held with drugs, illegal weapons

MULTAN: Police claimed on Thursday to have arrested eight criminals and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possession during separate raids.

According to police, police conducted raids at various locations of the city and arrested Yousuf, Ramzan, Waseem, Akram, Muhammad Akram, Waheed and Ajmal from New Multan, Mumtazabad,Gulgasht and City Shujabad areas.

The police recovered one kilogram of Hashish and three pistols from their possession.
