Won’t get a chance to cross-question Ijaz: Zahid Bukhari

SHAIKHUPURA: Husian Haqqani’s counsel in ‘Memogate Scandal’ case, Zahid Bukhari has said that Mansoor Ijaz would never him a chance of cross-questioning, Geo News reported.

Bukhari, talking to lawyers in Shaikhupura Bar, said that Mansoor would never come to Pakistan so his cross-questioning him never come to pass.

“I’ve prepared my case to perfection, but I am afraid it may not be put to use given the circumstances”, said he.

He said, he believed in the supremacy of judiciary, but also added that its orders should be speak for themselves.

He was of the view that suo moto notices over trivialities were of no consequence and must be discouraged.
