Three killed in different mishaps

FAISALABAD: Three persons were killed in different incidents in and around the city during the last 24 hours.

According to police, Muhammad Asif of chak No 548-GB was going to Kalianwala when he was knocked down by a tractor trolley. He received serious injuries and died on the spot. The tractor driver fled the scene.

In another incident, Muhammad Ilyas r/o A-block, Gulberg was traveling to Jhumra while sitting on rooftop of a bus when he fell down near dry-port. He received serious injuries and died on the spot.

In another incident, a body was spotted in a canal near Satyana Adda in the limits of Satyana police. Locals spotted the body and informed the police which shifted the body to city morgue for autopsy.
