  • Samsung might be working on a third foldable smartphone lineup.
  • This model may have three foldable panels.
  • It is not confirmed whether the concepts will be added to lineup.

South Korean tech giant Samsung is reportedly working on a third foldable smartphone lineup, Gadgets360 affirmed.

Currently, the company sells Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold foldable handsets with various models.

It is rumoured that Samsung might now be working on a foldable that has three foldable panels or sliding display.

Samsung showcased the new Flex S, Flex G, and Flex Slidable panels for handsets at CES 2022, but did not disclose any plans to turn those concepts into actual reality.

While Samsung has not revealed any details about its upcoming foldable smartphones, a report by Galaxy Club hypothesises that a new model may be rolled out which could be a foldable with three panels or the company’s first 'phablet' with a rollable display.

Out of the new concept panels exhibited at CES 2022, two of them, Flex S and Flex G, come with three foldable panels, one folding outward and the other inward, respectively.

Whether these panels will be added to the foldable smartphone lineup has not been confirmed by Samsung.
