NEW DELHI: A 17-year-old boy’s body was found packed in a suitcase in northwest Delhi's Mangolpuri, a day after he went missing, the police reported to NDTV.

The boy went missing on Thursday night from the Rohini area.

On Friday at 7am, the police were informed of an unidentified body. Upon reaching, they found the body stuffed in a purple bag. The boy had throat slit-injuries.

After the neighbouring police stations checked the missing person’s records, the body was identified as the 17-year-old resident of Rohini Sector-1.

Under the Indian Penal Code section 363, a case was registered at the South Rohini police station and further investigations are being conducted.
