The video of a blind teenager went viral after she scored a basket during a high school basketball game, News Week reported.

This incident was shared by Zeeland Public Schools on Twitter.

The teenager, Jules Hoogland, is seen preparing herself to shoot the ball while the audience sits silently. A woman gently taps the basketball hoop with a long pole to make a sound for Hoogland to hear and sense the position of the basket.

Hoogland can be seen attentively listening to the taps. Soon, she aims and shoots the ball right into the basket.

As soon as she scores, thunderous applause can be heard as the crowd goes wild, cheering for her.

Jules Hoogland reportedly plays for the Zeeland Public Schools Unified Basketball team.

The viral video has garnered three million views.
