A video was recently shared on Twitter that shows a woman cooking roti on the bonnet of a car.

However, netizens are not convinced that it is authentic.

A woman claimed that due to the extreme heat, the bonnet of the car becomes so hot that a roti can be cooked on it.

She can be seen spreading out the roti on the car. After sometime, the flour begins to look cooked.

The internet was not convinced and some people replied to the video explaining the science behind it.

A user said, "Wow what a stupid analysis the temperature is very high no doubt, but the material used in car's bonet is acting as a kind of catalyst (in simple terms). If you have a constant power source no matter of what magnitude it is, we can get enough heat from it to make roti."

Another said, " I can guarantee you it's a fake one...see the shape is different"

Another user pointed out how, despite the heat, the women were not sweating.

While the user was apparently trying to point out how dangerous the heatwave was and the people acknowledged it, they did not find the video authentic.
