Woman killed, three injured by robbers

LAHORE: A woman was killed while three others were injured by robbers at Match factory, Shahdara area on Saturday.

Police said, four dacoits barged into the house of school teacher Muhammad Din when Bashiran Bibi and her three- daughters Humara, Fakhara and Asma raised alarm.

The bandits opened fire at them. As a result, all the four women received serious bullet injuries and were rushed to the Mayo Hospital where Humara (22) succumbed to her injuries.

A case has been registered and investigation is in progress.
