Two killed on road

SARGODHA: Two people were killed while three others injured in separate accidents in the district on Wednesday.

Asmatullah of Sillanwali was travelling on a rickshaw when it overturned after colliding with a buffalo near Chak 110 NB.

Resultantly, he died on the spot while the driver received injuries.

In another accident, Mukhtar alongwith his wife Mussrat Shaheen and daughter Saba was travelling on his motorcycle when a speeding car hit them near Chak 87-NB on Faisalabad Road.

As a result, Muktar died on the spot while his wife and daughter were injured.

Separate cases have been registered by police.
