Two foreigners arrested in a theft case
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have arrested ten persons including two foreigners for their alleged involvement in theft activities and also recovered stolen items, weapons and hashish from their possession, a police spokesman said.

According to details, Assistant Sub-Inspector Muhammad Iqbal from Shalimar police arrested an African Yousuf Tahasan and Palestinian Muhammad Boosheri for alleged involvement in theft activities.

Police registered case against them under 14 foreign Act and recovered two stolen CPUs, printer, computer and other items from them. The complainant Shahid Ali identified his stolen items at the police station and separate theft case has been registered against them.

Police have obtained their two-day physical remand after presenting them in the relevant court.

Sub-Inspector Muhammad Akram from Industrial area police station arrested a drug pusher Ehtesham Khan for having 310 gram hashish. ASI Muhammad Riaz from Sihala police station arrested an accused Allah Dita for possessing 25 cartridges of 12 bore gun.

Cases have been also registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.

Meanwhile, Marallah and Tarnol police station apprehended two proclaimed offenders each. Similarly, Aabpara and Sihala police station arrested one proclaimed offender each.
