PM has no option but to appear before court: JI

LAHORE: Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Liaqat Baloch has said the Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has no option but to appear before the apex court and execute its orders.

After participating in annual Teachers’ Conference organized by Red Foundation held at Bhambar, Azad Kashmir he told media persons that those who were flouting court orders would ultimately become symbol of disgrace.

Commenting on drone attacks on North Waziristan, he said the US was promoting terrorism by subversive activities. These attacks are spreading hatred against the US, that is why more people are taking part in struggle to save themselves from US slavery, he added.

Meanwhile, addressing party workers at Wazirabad he said: “JI is struggling for an Islamic welfare state without any discrimination of color, caste, ethnicity and creed.”

He appealed to Pakistani people to support JI for getting rid of cruelty, corruption and US slavery. (PPI)
