Security plan for Eid finalised

LAHORE: Mujahid Squad have finalized a security plan for Eidul Azha to maintain law and order.

More than 1,900 police officers and officials of Mujahid Squad would perform their duties while security have also been made for big congregations of Eid besides mosques of the provincial capital.

SP Mujahid Romail Akram issued these directions in a meeting with DSPs and Circle in charges at Qurban Lines here on Wednesday.

He also ordered the restoration of all suspended policemen of Mujahid Squad.

Special police teams have been constituted for entry and exit points of the city.
