PESHAWAR: A meeting was held here at Head Quarter of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122), regarding assigning key point of ambulances and shifting of patients during Muharram mourning processions.
Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service(Rescue 1122), Dr. Shams-ul-Haq chaired the meeting.
DMS – Police Service Hospital Dr. HidayaturRehman, causality Incharge K.T.H Dr. S. Asad Maroof, Cantt Hospital Peshawar Dr. Amer Hayat, FieldOfficer Al-Khidmat M. Hamid and Sher Gul Edhi representative also attended the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Director General, Rescue 1122 Dr. Shams-ul-Haq emphasized that for a good coordination all the departments and welfare foundations should work together.
He said Rescue 1122 was fully prepared to meet any type of emergency and added that 18 ambulances have been deputed at different locations of the province.
He said that a supreme command post would also be established at Kohati Gate and District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122 Peshawar Dr. Ayaz Khan will supervise Rescue 1122 in this regard.
Security Cards will be issued to all ambulances, which will move along with mourning processions of Muharram.
