CID nabs target killer in Karachi

KARACHI: CID police, during an operation conducted in Shehershah area, arrested a an alleged target killer 'involved in killings of seven people', and also recovered arms and a hand grenade, Geo News reported .

According to SSP CID Chaudhary Aslam, the accused identified as Asghar confessed during an initial investigation to killing three activists of a political party - Habib Shaikh, Shahzad and Mansoor - in Alfalah society besides killing four more in different parts of the city.

Police recovered a hand weapons and a grenade from his possession. Further investigation from the accused is underway.
