According to the political administration, the explosion occurred when the outlaws were planting an improvised explosive device (IED) on the main Ghalanai Road near Sharmakhano gate in Tehsil Yakagund in the wee hours of Sunday.
Both of them were killed on the spot. The Khasadar Force rushed to the spot and started investigation. The identity of victims could not be ascertained. (APP)
