Quetta: Methane gas asphyxiation kills 4
QUETTA: At least four persons had died in incident of gas suffocation in the city on Tuesday.

Police sources said that a four-member of a family including a man identified as Muhammad Naeem, his wife and their two children were asleep in a room of their house in Khalifa Colony who died due to gas suffocation.

"The room faced lack of oxygen as there was no ventilation of the room and as a result, the entire family died," police said adding that on the information of the neighbors, the police rushed to the site and shifted the bodies to hospital for postmortem.

Later, the bodies were handed over to the heirs. The two children died in the incident identified as two-year-old Samiullah and one-year-old Ayesha Bibi.
