Pakistan's DHA draws international investors' attention in Dubai property show

People show their interest and support in DHA’s projects during three-day International Property Show

Several international investors showed interest in putting their money into Pakistan's premier real estate developer, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), at the International Property Show (IPS) 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The event ran from February 27-29. The Pakistan Pavilion, featuring DHA, presented a unique opportunity for international investors to explore the diverse and lucrative real estate offerings in Pakistan.

Kiran Malik, an actor, who was present at the event informed people in a video posted on DHA’s Facebook page that the response has been “very good”, noting that people showed their interest and support in DHA’s projects.

“This is something very good for Pakistanis as we have a lot of issues going on. This is very good to see,” Malik said.

She added that several memorandum of understandings (MoUs) were signed during the three-day event. Malik further said that officials of the DHA present at the stalls told her that they believe that investors would invest in DHA.

Pakistan's real estate market is expected to reach $2.11 trillion in 2024, led by residential at $1.49 trillion. Projecting 7% annual growth, the market is expected to reach $2.77 trillion by 2028.
