The update, denoted as WhatsApp for iOS 24.7.75, includes notable enhancements alongside various other improvements. While the official changelog on the App Store may lack comprehensive details about the new additions, users can now access the photo library with ease by long-pressing the attach button within the chat interface.

Previously, you had to tap the attachment button and then select "Photo & Video" to choose an image. With the new update, a simple long press on the attachment button brings you right to your photos, saving you a tap.

For those who have yet to receive this feature, it is advised to stay proactive in updating WhatsApp from the App Store. The rollout may occur gradually over the coming weeks. So, it is advised that your app is up-to-date as it will ensure you can promptly access the latest features and improvements.

You can update WhatsApp from the App Store and the TestFlight app.

If you don't see the update yet, don't worry. WhatsApp is rolling it out gradually, so you might receive it in the coming weeks.
