FIA presents report on Shahrukh Jatoi's escape
ISLAMABAD: A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing the Shahzeb Khan murder case Monday, Geo News reported.

During proceedings, DIG Shahid Hayat informed the court that eyewitnesses had seen Shahrukh Jatoi shoot Shahzeb Khan.

The FIA also presented its report on how Shahrukh Jatoi escaped from the country.

The report stated that Shahrukh had flown out of Pakistan accompanied by his brother, while the passport number he had used belonged to another individual identified as Muhammed Ali.

The case is being heard by the Supreme Court after the Chief Justice had taken suo moto notice of the brutal murder of 20-year old Shahzeb Khan, based on press clippings carrying the story regarding his killing.

Shahzeb Khan was gunned down in Karachi on December 25.
