HOLLYWOOD: Oscars host Seth MacFarlane opened the 85th Academy Awards on Sunday, with Hollywood gathered for one of the most unpredictable Oscars shows in years.
Steven Spielberg's presidential drama "Lincoln" has the most nominations, with 12, but Iran hostage crisis drama "Argo" is bidding to win the coveted best picture statuette after taking a string of pre-Oscar award show prizes.
