Naomi Watts has kicked off the new year with a candid look at her personal goals, including a playful nod to her private life.

The Mulholland Drive star shared her resolutions in a lighthearted video on Instagram via her wellness brand, Stripes Beauty.

While appearing fresh-faced and smiling from her car, Watts revealed her list of intentions for 2025.

In regards to this, she stated, “No overcommitting. No doom scrolling. No skipping bedtime routines.”

Meanwhile, other resolutions included saying goodbye to “ridiculous heels,” “FOMO,” and the habit of second-guessing with “coulda, shoulda, woulda.”

For the video, Watts donned a bright red bandeau top and accessorized with dark sunglasses atop her blonde hair.

Moreover, this update followed Watts’ openness about her marriage to actor Billy Crudup, whom she married in 2023.

According to Daily Mail, the actress has previously spoken about how communication has been the cornerstone of their relationship and how intimacy becomes more enjoyable with age.

Additionally, she admitted, “S** becomes more pleasurable when you take out the fear of making babies. It feels more like, ‘I’m doing this for myself.’ You’re more confident, wiser, and comfortable in your own skin.”

Furthermore, Watts and Crudup, who began dating in 2017, tied the knot in a New York City courthouse in 2023, followed by a second celebration in Mexico.
