Khloe Kardashian voices support for LA Fire Chief with heartfelt note

Khloe Kardashian just shared heartfelt messages and slammed the LA mayor Karen Bass, after wildfire in LA broke out this week.

The 40-year-old The Kardashians star, took to her official Instagram account via the app’s Stories feature to upload a short video from the Fox 11 LA segment.

It featured the L.A. Fire Chief, Kristin Crowley stated that the mayor's budget cuts for the LAFD affected the firefighting system throughout Southern California.

“My message is the fire department needs to be properly funded. It's not,” she said in the video, over which Khloe write, “I stand with YOU Chief Crowley!!!!”

“You spoke the truth and you had tears in your eyes because I can tell you didn't want to say that but it was THE TRUTH!!!!” the businesswoman further wrote.

Khloe also typed, “Thank you for being honest @losangelesfiredepartment Chief Crowley. Mayor Bass you are a joke!!!!”

Additionally, she also penned a lengthy note where she expressed her gratitude to “Firefighters, Volunteers, First Responders, Police Officers, and Chief of the Fire Department” tackling on the LA wildfires.

“I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and admiration for all of you who have been working tirelessly over the past few days to combat the fires in California. Your courage, dedication, and selflessness in the face of such immense danger are truly inspiring,” she mentioned.

Khloe Kardashian continued, “…We are deeply thankful for your unwavering commitment to keeping us safe. Your resilience, compassion, and teamwork during these challenging times show the very best of what it means to serve others. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we are forever grateful for everything you are doing…”

She also wrote another heartfelt message, that read, “Through every challenge we find new strength. Stay safe, help each other, and remember that brighter days will come. I’m praying for us all.”
