A police statement on Wednesday said that those arrested included nine absconders, one proclaimed offender and two alleged extortionists.
It also pointed out that eight weapons of different kind as well as 14 hand grenades were also recovered.
Action was also initiated against 22 motorcyclists for violating the ban on pillion riding, the police statement added. (APP)
