Joe Jonas just expressed his confidence in his second solo album.

The Jonas Brothers icon revealed that he had received a lot of input from many people for his 2011 debut solo album, Fastlife.

However, with his latest work, Music For People Who Believe In Love, Joe is more expressive of his own perspective.

Speaking to Billboard, the Gotta Find You singer mentioned, "It's been a minute since I've released anything (solo).”

Joe continued, “The last album that I did by myself, I'm very proud of. There were a lot of cooks in the kitchen at that time in my life. I was surrounded by a lot of people that I just said, 'Yes, and' to."

"Now, knowing who I am, feeling confident, and looking at my life, I'm so grateful for the friends and family I have around me... I selfishly didn't want to share it with other people. This needed to come from my voice in particular,” the 35-year-old singer and actor further mentioned.

The This Is Me hitmaker, who separated from his wife, Sophie Turner in 2023, also said that the music he is making is "very personal" using the songs to creatively "speak to what I've been through."

Music for People Who Believe in Love, which would contain the tracks Work It Out, Heart by Heart and What This Could Be, is scheduled for a May 23 release.
