Nick Lachey shares how he, wife Vanessa handle 'Love is Blind' reunions

Nick Lachey recently shared how he and his wife, Vanessa Lachey, spend some quality time after hosting Love is Blind reunions.

In a new chat with Us Weekly, the show host shared that he and his wife have “a very stiff drink after the reunion.”

“The reunion, as you can imagine, that’s a stressful day,” he added of the live Netflix show.

Elaborating further on the emotional impact the show takes on them, he added, “And there’s a lot of emotions, obviously, that goes into that show. So yeah, we definitely reward ourselves with a martini after. Definitely.”

“It’s called a martini shot for a reason. You move on,” Nick joked.

Moreover, he went on to reflect on the unpredictable nature of the dating experiment and shared his two cents on the show's success.

“I think the beauty of the show is that you don’t know who’s going to fall in love with who, because you don’t know who’s going to connect on that really kind of organic level that they do on the show,” Nick explained.

“So there [have] been some surprises to me. I’m like, ‘Wow, I didn’t see that coming.’ And thankfully we’ve had a huge success rate. I think we’ve only had two divorces over the course of eight incredible seasons,” he concluded.
