'SNL': Walton Goggins dodges Aimee Lou Wood feud rumors

Walton Goggins avoided any mention of his rumored feud with The White Lotus costar Aimee Lou Wood during his Saturday Night Live hosting debut.

Goggins made his SNL debut on May 10, while Arcade Fire served as the musical guest.

In his opening monologue, the actor mentioned his role in the show, saying, "Most of you probably know me from The White Lotus. No spoilers, but I die."

He joked that his character was “brooding” and the “internet seemed to find that attractive," adding: "Some of my friends have even asked me 1. What does it feel like to become a sex symbol at 53 years old? And you know what, if I'm being honest, it feels fantastic."

"At least it did, until I Googled myself and read some of the headlines," the star continued, showing news articles that talked about his “receding hairline" and "bulging" eyes.

The Fallout star and the Sex Education actress played love interests Rick and Chelsea in the third season of the dark comedy show. They sparked feud rumors when they unfollowed each other after the show aired its finale.

Recently, Walton Goggins added fuel to the rumors when he persistently dodged questions about he feud in an interview The Times. When the interviewer pressed him repeatedly, he snapped. Later, the duo began following each other again.
