Kate Middleton made a stunning appearance as she presented the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design.

The Princess of Wales earns praise for her own style as she donned a Victoria Beckham suit to mark the occasion.

Designer Patrick McDowell, who received the prestigious award from the future queen, gushes over Kate, as reported by The Independent.

“I think throughout her tenure she’s been an amazing advocate for British brands and she really flies the flag for British fashion,” Patrick said.

He added, “She always looks incredible, is a real style icon and so it’s extra special that I’ve received the award from her today.”

Notably, the Princess of Wales was also shown a new style jacket pattern which was named in her honour as “Wales Bar.”

Patrick McDowell also talked about winning the prestigious award which he received from Kate Middleton, a huge “privilege and honour.”

“Our work centres around British craftsmanship we make in the UK, we try and make incredibly beautiful, sustainable circular fashion and it’s a real honour the royal family and the British Fashion Council have seen that,” he added.
