Arnold Schwarzenegger made a light-hearted and rare comment about his ex-wife, Maria Shriver.

While speaking at an Amazon event in New York about his upcoming holiday movie, The Man With the Bag, the 77-year-old actor mentioned one of his older Christmas films, Jingle All the Way, calling it the greatest Christmas movie ever.

“Jingle All the Way was the greatest Christmas movie of all time,” said Schwarzenegger. “They play it the whole month of December."

He added a playful joke, saying that he knows it's always on TV in December because his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, calls him about the money he still earns from it.

He joked in addition, "I know because my ex-wife calls me about the residual.”

It is pertinent to mention that Shriver and Schwarzenegger parted ways in 2011 and finalized divorce in 2021.

The former coule is also parents to four children Katherine, 35, Christina, 33, Patrick, 31, and Christopher, 27.

The actor also fathered another son, Joseph Baena, 27, with the family's longtime housekeeper Mildred Baena.
