Heidi Klum breaks Cannes new dress code

Heidi Klum was a rebel on the red carpet of this year's Cannes Film Festival.

Despite a new dress code restricting guests from nudity and "voluminous" ensembles, Heidi, 51, walked the red carpet this Tuesday in an Elie Saab gown with a long, long train.

According to the festival's official website, "Voluminous outfits, in particular those with a large train, that hinder the proper flow of traffic of guests and complicate seating in the theater are not permitted."

Although the former America's Got Talent judge did not violate the no-nudity rule despite a full leg slit on it, her voluminous gown with its long train certainly did.

The mom-of-four also took to Instagram with several pictures of her bold fashion choice from the evening.

On the professional front, Heidi won't be returning to AGT in Season 20 with Spice Girls alum Mel B set to take her place at the Judges' desk.
