Prince Harry and Meghan Markle take brutal dig at the Beckhams?

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and  David and Victoria Beckham have a long-standing friendship.

But, it appears there are cracks within the bond. Reports say the Sussexes recently hosted Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz for a dinner at their home in Montecito, California.

The reports say the meet-up was held before the alleged tensions within the Beckham family.

According to multiple reports, Victoria has an uneasy relationship with her daughter-in-law. Brooklyn is also said to have issues with David.

However, The Sun reported the royal pair have been  "secretly supporting" Brooklyn and Nicola because they "found a lot of common ground."

This private dinner comes on the heels of Meghan and Harry's alleged fallout with the Beckhams after suspicion that they were leaking their details to the press.

An insider previously told the outlet that the Duke of Sussex chatted with the English footballer after his wife suspected that Victoria had "leaked" the stories. 

"Harry was very polite, but obviously it was a pretty awkward exchange, and David was mortified. Inexplicably, [Meghan] feared Victoria was behind it — I mean, the idea that Victoria Beckham would be personally ringing journalists to give them a scoop is ridiculous — and spoke to Harry about it," the source added.

"Harry is very protective of Meghan, and decided to deal with the matter head-on, by directly contacting his good pal, David."

"He quickly put Harry right, and the two men agreed to move on — but it certainly made things awkward for a while," the bird chirped.

It is pertinent to mention that Brooklyn and Nicola have skipped David's 50th birthday bash.
