Dakota Johnson, Pedro Pascal share their first impression of each other

Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal recently disclosed what were their first impressions of each other.

Recently, the duo, who stars alongside each other in new movie Materialists, sat down for a candid chat for Elle UK.

During this chat, Pedro asked Dakota about the time when they first crossed paths with each other.

While they disagreed on the timeline, the actor went on to ask the actress if they had “any first impressions of one another” at the time of their first meetup.

The Fifty Shades of Grey star answered, “You go first…” to which the Game of Thrones actor responded, “Well, I loved you the first time.”

“And then I didn’t think you were that nice to me at the Met Gala. You weren’t mean, but I was building the interaction of having already met you. And I had a moment of feeling a little stupid because it was like, ‘Oh, she doesn’t remember me,” he recalled.

Explaining her forgetfulness, Dakota shared, “This is maybe the 37th time we’ve had this conversation.”

She joked and noted, “The 37th time Pedro makes me feel like an absolute piece of shit for not remembering him. My first impression of you was: ‘Wow, this guy is so cool. What a nice man that I’ve definitely never met before.’ And then I loved you very quickly.”
