Milly Alcock has just now opened up about a criticism she faced on the House of the Dragon set.

While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Hollywood actress  candidly discussed her early days’ experience of filming the series.

“On my second day on House of the Dragon, one of the — I’m not gonna say who, but someone very high up — pulled me aside and was like, ‘Um, we’re gonna get you an acting coach,’” she said.

"Did you just freak out and go, ‘Did you just say that?’” Fallon asked in regards to her reaction.

In the fantasy series, which is based on 200 years before the events of Games of Throne, Alcock portrayed the role of seven kingdom’s Queen, Rhaenyra Targaryen’s younger version.

“It just confirmed everything that I’ve kind of known to be true, [which] is that I’m not very good at my job,” the 25-year-old actress responded. “You know what I mean! I was like, ‘I can’t do this. This is terrible. This is a big mistake.’”

Moreover, the host pointed out that the Game of Thrones franchise won its first ever Golden Globe award for best drama series in 2023.

Before concluding, he denied, “Oh, I’m so sorry. From the very first episode, you were a fan favorite, that guy is wrong. You are unbelievable.”
