Bella Hadid spills secret behind ‘luxurious' new style

Bella Hadid put in the effort to go from brunette to blonde, dedicating two days to the transformation.

The 28-year-old beauty made her appearance at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival where she carried her blonde hair look.

Her hairdresser, Jacob Schwartz revealed that it took 48 hours to complete Bella’s transformation to a "luxurious honey hue," inspired by the model’s hair colour back when she was a child.

In a candid chat with Grazia, Jacob stated, "We wanted to create the the right shade to complement her features and skin tone. Bella is a natural blonde, so sourcing photos of her as a child was a great reference - this led us to this epic, luxurious honey hue."

"Bella's hair transformation took two days of colour and a whole lot of Olaplex. Proper planning, product, and patience are the three things that I rely on most to always deliver. Olaplex is always key. I am more of a confident artist because I can trust and rely on it,” he detailed.

It is also pertinent to mention that during her time in Cannes, Bella Hadid promoted her perfume range named, Orebella, which she designed in order to create a more “clean” alcohol free fragrance alternative.
