Hannah Waddingham shares exciting update about 'Ted Lasso' season 4

Hannah Waddingham has just now shared a rare update about the new season of Ted Lasso.

During an interview with Capital FM,  the Hollywood actress candidly discussed what fans can expect from season four.

For those unversed, season three was planned as the final season but the writer and cast reportedly expressed their desire to continue the series.

“We thought we’d mourned the loss, and now it’s rising from the dead!” The Fall Guy actress began by saying.

In the series, Jason Sudeikis, Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, Brett Goldstein and Brett Goldstein have been confirmed to reprise their role.

“Our writers are literally Jedi Knights. They’re just incredible, And we’ve got like a full room of real feminist men. So we’ve got all the fabulous women there, and the men that are in there,” she continued.

The story revolves around a football coach, Ted Lasso, who is facing challenges to make connections with a new soccer team.

Meanwhile, the 50-year-old actress revealed that the shooting is expected to start in July 2025.

Before concluding, Hannah Waddingham shared, “I think you really see it in the scripts … it’s just so beautifully drawn.”

Ted Lasso season 4 is set to be released in late 2025 or early 2026.
