Joseph Quinn plays Johnny Storm in the upcoming Fantastic Four: First Steps, and in Avengers: Doomsday, he will battle Robert Downey Jr.

During an interview with Esquire, he said, "Thankfully, we [Pedro, Vanessa and Ebon] all get on. I’m really excited to work with Doom — big RDJ fan — and to see my lovely Fantastic family, and get back in the harness."

While Avengers: Doomsday will feature many X-Men characters, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool will be missing.

But still, there are rumours that the pair may appear in the upcoming Marvel tentpole film.

“I really can’t say much. Except, when you say ‘appear,’ it's more like dominate and destroy every other [character]. I’m kidding,” he said on The View.

"No, I really have nothing to add. And if I did, I would find a really cool way to not say it, but I actually have nothing to add. So that was uncool. But thanks for asking!” Hugh noted.

Avengers: Doomsday will be out on 18 Dec, 2026.
