Lindsay Lohan revealed her desire to expand her family and the valuable parenting advice she received from her Freaky Friday co-star Jamie Lee Curtis during a heartfelt interview for Elle's 2025 Summer Issue.

Interviewed by Saturday Night Live comedian Chloe Fineman, Lohan expressed her hopes of giving her toddler son, Luai Shammas, a sibling.

In regards to this, she said, “He needs a friend, while adding with a laugh, “I need more than one kid to take care of me when I’m older.”

Moreover, Lohan, who welcomed Luai in 2023 with husband Bader Shammas, emphasized the modern importance of mothers prioritizing self-care, a lesson reinforced by Curtis during Lohan’s pregnancy.

According to Daily Mail, the actress said, “She always reminds me to take care of myself first. Without that, you can’t give your best to others."

Additionally, Curtis, who is currently reuniting with Lohan for the highly anticipated Freakier Friday sequel, praised her co-star’s natural transition into motherhood, noting that she was “always in mom mode” on set.

While reflecting on life through her son's eyes, Lohan said she’d love to switch places with him for a day: “He’s pure, happy — just a beautiful bundle of joy.”
