Victoria Beckham skips Mel B's 'Spice Girls' theme birthday amid Brooklyn rift

Victoria Beckham has skipped her Spice Girls bandmate Mel B’s huge birthday celebration.

The fashion icon, who is facing tensions with her eldest son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz, did not attend Mel B’s birthday party alongside their other bandmate Emma Bunton.

Mel B, whose full name is Melanie Brown, had a Spice Girls themed birthday party with all attendees wearing leopard print outfits.

Sharing a glimpse from the celebration on Instagram, Mel B wrote, “Heres to 50 !!! And allll thats to come.”

It is worth mentioning that this comes after the Wannabe hitmakers had a reunion at Victoria’s 50th birthday last year.

The Spice Girls members including Victoria, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner, Mel B, and Mel C, took the stage and performed their routine for the song Stop.

Speaking about the birthday previously with Jimmy Kimmel, David Beckham, who hosted the lavish birthday celebration for his wife, admitted, “I did put it together.”

“It's actually been like 12 years since they did the Olympics in the UK but over 15 years since they actually were on the stage together. So obviously having them all there that night ... and I didn't expect them to all get up on stage,” David said at the time.

Notably, Victoria skipping the lavish birthday party comes amid the tensions within Beckham household.

David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly facing strain in their relationship with their eldest son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz, who have cut contact with them.
