A resurfaced comment about how much reassessing Meghan Markle had to do after she found out the real net worth of Prince Harry has come to light.

It first happened when Meghan’s “typically American view” found that Prince Harry was not worth what she imagined and author Tom Quinn shared this in his new book.

Yes Ma'am: The Secret Life of Royal Servants revealed how big a shock happened when Meghan discovered that her husband was “only worth about £20 million.”

At the time “she realised she needed to reassess other assumptions she’d made about this strange new family,” the expert explained.

What made matters worse at the time was that “Harry, it seemed, had spent little time explaining exactly how strange and demanding his family really are.”

Hence “Meghan Markle had a typically American view of the Royal Family before she joined it — for her, life was all about castles, glittering balls and limitless wealth and ease.”

About the whole thing even a former staffer went a far as to say that Meghan “expected a billionaire and she got a millionaire'.”

Mr Quinn also didn’t snub the Duchess for having this view in his book because “above all the modern Royal Family is a celebrity family, albeit one with a strangely 18th-century lifestyle — the palaces and the carriages, the enormous wealth — all underpinned by hierarchies, tradition and vast teams of staff from every social class.”
