Maria Shriver reacts after son Patrick Schwarzenegger bares it all in 'The White Lotus'

Maria Shriver, the wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has opened up about why she was not surprised when her son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, bared all in The White Lotus.

The 69-year-old journalist showed up on The Jamie Kern Lima Show, where she talked about her feelings while watching her son’s full frontal scene in the third season of the show.

Maria shared that she received numerous messages asking if she saw the “lewd moment” when the episode was released.

“People are like, 'Oh my God, you saw!' [and] I'm like, 'I give birth to him.' It's not such a, you know, I've seen him naked. I've seen him naked since he was a baby,” she laughingly said.

For the unversed, in the latest season of The White Lotus, Patrick plays the role of Saxon Ratliff, the oldest son of Timothy, played by Jason Isaacs, and Victoria, played by Parker Posey.

The former First Lady of California went on to reveal how her son’s critically acclaimed performance made her feel “proud” and she was amazed to see how much he has polished himself as an actor.

"I'm just looking at him and his craft really. I'm watching him grow... I think people, when they see somebody in a show like that, they don't realize how much leads up to that moment. They don’t realize how hard he's worked or how many roles he hasn't gotten,” Maria remarked.
