Meghan Markle has championed the rights of women and underserved communities. For this, she is set to be honoured at the Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County.

The event Night of Wonder gala will held on June 14 as it will "celebrate and support the Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County’s commitment to science, nature, and community,” said Lori Bettison-Varga, President and Director of the Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County.

She continued, “We are proud to honor Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, a native Angeleno, whose work to advance community wellbeing and expand opportunity — especially for underserved communities — aligns with our equity-focused approach to developing science literacy for the next generation, including through our STEM and STEAM Pathways programs.”

Details about the gala include an immersive exhibit, live music, and dinner will be served.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been active in public life after shifting to California in 2020.

For the past few years, they have often been spotted at glitzy events while also raising their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
