Ana de Armas drops rare comment about Tom Cruise amid romance buzz

Ana de Armas expressed her excitement over receiving praise from Tom Cruise.

During a recent chat with E! News at her and Keanu Reeves’ new film Ballerina's Los Angeles premiere on June 3, the 37-year-old actress shared that it was a "surreal" feeling after Tom gave his stamp of approval to her action abilities.

“It makes me really happy and proud,” Ana said of Tom, whom she is rumored to be dating.

“It’s surreal that someone like him is liking the movie and supporting the film and celebrating other people’s films," she continued.

“It’s amazing," Ana further added.

Ana's costart Keanu also praised her performance in their new movie.

“She didn’t need any advice from me,” he said at the Ballerina premiere. “She’s got experience in action and she’s really good.”

“We both share the work ethic and the passion for what we do,” Ana said of working with Keanu. “We also really want to have fun on set because it’s really hard what we do. It was really beautiful to be reunited with him after so long. It was really special.”
