Kristin Cavallari is addressing the rumours about the work she's done on her body.
The Laguna Beach alum, 38, got up and close with her fans on Friday via a Q&A session on Instagram Stories.
When asked about her skincare routine and if she's undergone "Botox" and "injectables," the reality star responded with a clearer look at her face to make her point.
"OK guys. You can see every line and pore in this picture," she wrote over the snap. "Zero makeup here besides a little mascara. I've said 500 times that I don't do Botox and people still don't believe me."
She added that "it's very obvious that I don't if you watch me talk on TV or in an interview. My face MOVES... a lot."
Cavallari did admit to having PRF, or Platelet-Rich Fibrin, an injectable skincare treatment that uses a concentrated mixture of a patient's own platelets and fibrin.
"PRF has changed under my eyes," she wrote. "I also do it around my mouth AND inject my lips."
The star also revealed that she gets microneedling done every six weeks and that she got her "gut, vitamin levels, hormones etc etc balanced," saying that she felt "a massive difference" with it.
In another slide, she gushed over red light, microcurrent treatments and gua sha.
Cavallari also explained that she does as much work on her internal health and encouraged followers to "limit alcohol, prioritise sleep" and "get in the sun."
"I've done a lot of lasers in my day but I will never do another one. I think they're bad for your skin barrier," she added. "HYDRATION inside and out is the most important."
Cavallari went on to address criticism over her breast augmentation, which she recently had revised.
"I was 340 cc before now I'm 400," she shared along with a photo of herself wearing a white mini dress.
"Everyone thinks I went a lot bigger but I've just pushed them up a couple times since getting them done. This is the new set a few days ago and they fit my frame."
The confessional video comes after she flaunted her new-and-improved look at the Wednesday premiere of her new reality show Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour.
