Harry Potter is making a major comeback as a TV series by HBO.
HBO has confirmed major key members for the series on Monday.
On Instagram, the streaming giant shared a series of photos of the actors set to play some major roles in the upcoming Harry Potter series.
After announcing Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley in the new series, nine more faces for the roles in the first season of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone have been revealed.
The pictures included Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, the mother of Harry’s best friend Ron in the series, Lox Pratt as Draco Malfoy, Johnny Flynn as Lucius Malfoy.
Additionally, Leo Earley as Seamus Finnigan, Alessia Leoni as Parvati Patil, Sienna Moosah as Lavender Brown, Bel Powley as Petunia Dursley, Daniel Rigby as Vernon Dursley, Bertie Carvel as Cornelius Fudge have also been revealed.
HBO has reportedly shared in the statement that each of JK Rowling's seven novels of Harry Potter will be adapted into a season of television.
The statement read, "The series will be a faithful adaptation of the beloved Harry Potter book series by author and executive producer J.K. Rowling."
"And will feature an exciting and talented cast to lead a new generation of fandom, full of the fantastic detail and much-loved characters Harry Potter fans have adored for over 25 years," it further read.
