Kate Middleton on Tuesday stepped out in London to make a surprise visit to the new V&A East Storehouse, a branch of the Victoria and Albert Museum that offers unprecedented public access to more than 500,000 objects spanning fashion, film, visual art, design and performance.
It was the first time the wife of Prince William undertook a royal engagement since her family returned from their half-term break with their children.
Her London visit came just days after she hosted a meeting at Windsor Castle with staff from her early childhood foundation.
According to the local media, Kate toured the East Storehouse behind the scenes, observing how pieces in the museum’s vast archive are collected, conserved and displayed.
Moreover, Prince William is expected to rejoin the rest of the royal family for Trooping the Colour on Saturday, the annual military parade celebrating King Charles’ birthday.
On Monday, The Swedish Royal Court shared pictures of Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden, with Britain's Prince William from the duo's recent appearance at an event in Monaco.
Sharing two pictures of the royals on Instagram, the Kungahuset's Instagram account said, "Before the start of the UN conference, the Crown Princess on Sunday, along with others, the Crown Prince of Norway and the Prince of Wales, attended the "Blue Economy and Finance Forum" in Monaco. The international meeting was organized by the Prince of Monaco."
