A number of alarm bells are starting to blare in Montecito and a warning has been issued following the Sussex's 'haunting' decision.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliam’s is expert that blared it, while speaking to Fox News Digital.

He started right off the bat by saying, “Something is clearly very wrong if you work for the Sussexes.”

For those unversed, this comment refers to the major staff migration the Sussexes’ offices have seen.

According to the expert, “there are those who would link this to the reputation Meghan has of being difficult to work with.”

“Bullying allegations, which Meghan has strongly denied, have dogged her since they surfaced in The Times before the notorious Oprah interview [in 2021].”

Even the Hollywood Reporter said something similar, and accused Meghan of being a ‘dictator’ in high heels, same with Vanity Fair.

However, he did not conclude there and went on hypothesize possible reasons for everything.

In the eyes of Mr Fitzwilliams, “There could be another reason - the Sussexes are often dreadful at making plans.”

“On the one hand, it was always clear that a series like ‘Polo’ for Netflix would flop. Yet, they still went ahead. On the other hand, it is most unlikely that Harry took advice before he appeared on the BBC [in May] after he lost his case on security.”

And in terms of the identity of the ‘advisor’ that pushed the Duke to this decision the expert shared how badly, “I would love to know who advised them that it made sense to post the ‘twerking video’.”

Because “this will haunt them. With judgments as bad as this… you can’t blame staff for looking elsewhere,” he added before concluding.
