Machine Gun Kelly breaks silence on his baby Saga's name

Machine Gun Kelly recently got candid and opened up about his baby Saga’s name.

The 35-year-old American rapper and music producer spoke to Today about his newborn daughter’s name and showed love to Megan Fox for being a great mom.

On the Friday, June 20 episode, Kelly conversed with co-anchors Savannah Guthrie, Craig Melvin and Carson Daly and explained the meaning behind their daughter’s name, Saga Balde Fox-Baker.

He said, “The five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again, disappearing, coming back again — she is an epic story, and that’s what Saga means.”

The I Think I’m OKAY crooner shared that the name Saga comes from his Nordic background, as in Norse mythology, "Saga” is the name of the goddess of storytelling.

Kelly went on to remark, “I think she has a storytelling future ahead of her,” and sang praises of Fox by quipping, “Megan’s a great mom and she’s killing it — I’m so excited.”

For the unversed, the Beyond the Lights star is also a father of a 15-year-old daughter, Casey, whom he welcomed with his ex, Emma Cannon.
