Will Smith throws verbal heat on Chris Rock after viral 2022 Oscar moment?

Will Smith, whose infamous slap at the 2022 Academy Awards shook Hollywood, appeared to nod to the incident in a new freestyle.

For the unversed, at the 2022 Oscars, the 56-year-old American actor and rapper slapped Chris Rock in response to an unscripted joke he cracked about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s, shaved head.

Smith showed up on Fire in the Booth with British DJ Charlie Sloth earlier this week and reminisced about the viral incident.

In the second part of his freestyle, the Oscar-winning actor indirectly referred to the 60-year-old American comedian and actor by saying, “If you talking crazy out your face up on the stage and disrespect me on the stage, expect me on the stage.”

He continued, “Jokers dish it out, cry foul when it’s time to take it/ City full of real ones, wasn’t raised to fake it.”

It is pertinent to mention that Smith refrained from mentioning Rock’s name, but his words clearly indicated he was talking about the 2022 Oscar moment when he got up from his seat, walked on stage, and hit the Grown Ups star on live TV.
